Before you decide to shoot us a message
we highly recommend taking a look at the FAQ below!
About download
If you see a message saying “download limit reached”
That’s because you’ve already clicked the link multiple times
Solution: Open your files(app) and go to iCloud > Downloads. See if there’s any file named “Filter Zone”
If you don’t see it then simply contact us and reply “limit reached” (so that we’ll be able to see your message first !
If you really do ask this question, that means you haven’t watched the tutorial yet… which you SHOULD !!

About importing files
If you can’t find your filter files after clicking “From files” in Lightroom
- You probably unzipped your files in a wrong way so please make sure you’ve followed every instruction in the tutorial
- You’re browsing the wrong page. After clicking “From files” make sure you’ve chosen “Browse” instead of Recents
You might want to wait for the files to be fully imported. This could take up to 5 mins
About presets
Make sure you’re in editing mode ! You can see your current mode in upper left corner
We believe this is a bug in Lightroom. You can fix it by adjusting “Crop” setting manually.
Alternative solution : Use applying presets – method 2
There’s a Reset button down there
Currently, Lightroom mobile doesn’t have this feature yet.
You can simply ignore it ! It’s just a image that let you see the raw version of that photo.

YES. If you don’t want to spend time creating presets one by one on your mobile. We recommend using computer to sync all your presets >> See how

About download
If you see a message saying “download limit reached it’s because you’ve clicked the link multiple times
To see if you have successfully downloaded the file please open your Winzip and follow the following steps :
- Go to internal storage > SD card > download
- Go to “my files”
Your file will be in one of these folders
If you find it then you can continue installing it
If you still can’t find it that means you haven’t downloaded it successfully !
Please shoot us a message and reply “Donwload limit reached”
If you really do ask this question, that means you haven’t watched the tutorial yet… which you SHOULD !!

If you’re using Winzip to unzip your file and it shows : Error, This zip file is corrupt, not a valid zip file, etc
There are possibilities which cause the error
1.You didn’t download the zip file successfully. Please delete the zip file and try to download it again
2.Your phone doesn’t support Winzip (this usually happens on OPPO, Huawei,
About importing files
If you can’t find your filter files after clicking “Device” in Lightroom
- You probably didn’t unzip your file to “my files” in Winzip. Please watch the tutorial again and follow the instructions this time 🙂
- After clicking “Device” in Lightroom make sure you are not selecting “Time” (you can find it in upper left corner)
If your filter files appear black(or gray) after you imported them, it’s very likely that you unzipped your files in a wrong way !
Solution : Open your Winzip > my files
If you still see a zip file in there please unzip it first and then delete the original zip file.
Notes : there must be only ONE unzipped file in “my file” otherwise Lightroom won’t be able to import it
